Case summary
On the 17th of May 2018, a search was conducted at Postnikova's residence. On the 12th of February 2021, a case was initiated against her for her alleged participation in the activities of an extremist organization, and on the 17th of February, she faced further charges for involvement in such activities. In March, she agreed to a hold departure order.
On the 25th of April 2022, she received a five-year suspended sentence. However, on the 11th of October, the appellate court overturned the verdict and sent the case back for review.
