Case summary

A resident of the Luhansk region of Ukraine. In 2020-2021, served as a cook in the former Ukrainian battalion "Aidar" which became the 24th Separate Assault Battalion within the 10th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. She was arrested in 2022, after the occupation of the territory by the Russian army. On December 4, 2023, she was sentenced to five years in an open prison. On September 13, 2024, she returned to Ukraine as a result of a prisoner exchange.
