Case summary

On 11 October 2020, the day after the dispersal of a peaceful rally in Khabarovsk, as a result of which Prikhodko's nose was broken, a criminal case was opened against him for repeated violation of the order of holding public events. As a measure of procedural coercion, he was obliged to appear.

On 23 December, the investigator dismissed the case due to the fact that Prikhodko's actions did not represent a public danger.
