Житель Москвы. Против него возбудили дело об угрозе применения насилия к представителю власти во время разгона акции 27 июля 2019 года. По версии следствия, он бросил пластиковую бутылку в сторону полицейских. Раджабова поместили под стражу. Один из полицейских отказался быть потерпевшим по этому уголовному делу и уволился из МВД. 24 декабря 2019 года Раджабова приговорили к штрафу в 100 тысяч рублей, но освободили от наказания с учетом времени, проведенного под стражей.
Позднее он уехал из России. В декабре 2025 года стало известно, что Раджабова лишили приобретенного российского гражданства, хотя к этому времени у него не было другого гражданства.
