Full summary
Resident of Rostov-on-Don. Studied in Moscow. He was a member of the Revolutionary Labour Party. On 3 January 2023, he was detained in a taxi in Rostov-on-Don when he was travelling with two other defendants and an acquaintance towards the military recruitment office. The young men were found in possession of Molotov cocktails. A case of attempted terrorist attack was opened against all three, and they were taken into custody.
It is noteworthy that the investigation believes that the companion of the young men Veronika Goretskaya instilled in them the idea of setting fire to the military recruitment office, helped them to study the location of the military recruitment office, get a canister of petrol and called a taxi. However, after her arrest she wrote a confession of guilt and is a witness in the case. Goretskaya had previously helped the security services as a provocateur infiltrating the activist milieu.
On 24 April 2026, Ramaldanov was sentenced to eight years in a strict regime colony.
