According to the investigation version, "in November 2022, initiated contact with the administrator of a Telegram channel used by the Ukrainian side to collect intelligence information and coordinate subversive activities, expressing readiness for a monetary reward to carry out arson of one of the military recruitment centres in the Moscow region. On 22 November 2023, after receiving instruction and purchasing components for the manufacture of Molotov cocktails, he drove to the town of Volokolamsk in the dark, where he threw several Molotov cocktails through the window of the local military commissariat building and fled the scene".

Full summary
A resident of the Moscow region. He was detained on 23 November 2023, after which he was taken into custody on charges of attempted terrorism for attempting to set fire to a military recruitment office in Volokolamsk. The publication 360.ru claimed that after the failed arson attack he "ran away into the forest and got lost, and when he came to the motorway, he caught a hitchhiker - a car of police officers". On 29 October 2024, Vasyuk was sentenced to nine years in a strict regime colony.
