Case summary

A resident of Kursk and a native of Ukraine’s Chernihiv Region. On 20 August 2024, he was detained and subsequently sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest (the details of the charge are unknown). After the administrative arrest term expired, he was not released but instead taken into custody in a criminal case on charges of aiding terrorist activity. According to the investigation, he allegedly transferred an anti-aircraft searchlight to the Azov Battalion. He was later additionally charged with high treason. During the trial, Revin stated that he had given his confession “with a gun to his head.” On 5 December 2025, he was sentenced to 24 years in a high-security penal colony.
