Participated in the activities of a Hizb ut-Tahrir cell, publicly called for terrorist activities and incited hatred by publishing the following text: "There was a "terrorist attack" in Boston, three people dead, and the whole world explodes. In Syria, there are 60,000 victims, and everyone is silent. Subhanallah, time to wake up! How long can injustice continue?!"; reposting a picture by Timur Uzbekov with the caption: "Islam is banned in Russia. And what have you done in its defence?", and a photo with a poster saying: "O Allah, I ask you to protect me from anxiety and sorrow, from weakness and laziness, from cowardice and avarice, and from the burden of debt and oppression", as well as a text containing the phrase: "Perhaps these days those who have lost loved ones, homes and property are in the most difficult situation ... no matter how many Muslims are bombed and oppressed, if there is faith, there is life and a future. No weapon can stand against thought."

Resident of the city Kazan. On 14 March 2017, he was detained after a search and arrested on charges of involvement in a terrorist organisation in connection with his alleged involvement in the Islamist political organisation Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is not a terrorist organisation.
A charge of incitement to hatred was added on 25 December, and a charge of calling for terrorist activity was added on 8 January 2018.
On 5 February 2020, he was sentenced to 15 years in a strict regime colony.
