Case summary
On 28 December 2021, Sarapulov’s home was searched. A measure of restriction was chosen against him in the form of a ban on certain actions as part of a case on the activities of an extremist community and on a non-profit organisation infringing on personality and citizens rights. Later, charges against Sarapulov related to the activities of an extremist community were dropped. On 27 December 2022, he was given a suspended sentence of one year in prison.
