The reason for initiating the case was the words she said at the seminar on September 14, 2022: "Even according to official data, how many children have already died, and how many children are left disabled! What has been done there is dreadful! A beautiful little girl left without a leg. It was torn off. Well, there are some kinds of prostheses and they still take them to Germany for treatment. Or a lovely girl Lisa was killed at only six years old".

Full summary
An employee of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). A case of dissemination of deliberately false information about Russian armed forces was initiated against her, and Sedelnikova was placed under house arrest. During one of the court sessions, she pleaded guilty. Sedelnikova complained that her health conditions worsened as she could not go for a walk. However, the court refused to soften the measure of restriction. On November 7 she was sentenced to a three-year suspended sentence.
