Case summary
Resident of Rostov-on-Don. On 4 October 2022, he was detained at a railway station in Belgorod. A criminal case was initiated against him for preparing to commit high treason: according to the investigation, he intended to join the ranks of the "Freedom of Russia" Legion. On 21 April 2023, Sereda was sentenced to four years in a strict-regime penal colony.
