Igor Shishkin

Igor Shishkin was detained on 25 January when he was walking his dog. After that, his flat was searched at night, and Shishkin himself disappeared. The detainee's wife was taken for questioning to the FSB. She was asked about the "Network" and 5.11, as well as clarified whether she shares anarchist views and knows certain people by nicknames. After that, the wife was released. On 27 January Dzerzhinskiy District Court arrested Shishkin until March 23. On 8 February, it became known that he filed a petition for a pre-trial agreement on cooperation with the investigation. Shishkin did not report torture, however, the local OMK recorded numerous injuries and burns on the body of the young man. Shishkin himself says that he received injuries at a training session. Commission members say that Shishkin "asked permission from the staff for each of his actions" and asked the commission participants not to do anything that could cause dissatisfaction of the staff.

On 17 January 2019, Shishkin was sentenced to three and a half years in a general regime colony. At the trial, he announced that he had confessed to his co-defendants and was ready to continue giving them.

On 23 July 2021, he went free.
