Case summary

A serviceman of the National Guard of Ukraine. In May 2022, he was captured on the territory of the Azovstal plant in Mariupol. Tkhor was accused of participation in the activities of a terrorist community: according to the investigation, he was involved in the activities of the Azov battalion. On 21 November 2024, he was sentenced to five and a half years in a general regime colony. On 4 July 2025, Tkhor was handed over to Ukraine as part of a prisoner-of-war exchange.
