Case summary
A resident of Moscow. His car was stopped by traffic police officers in March 2022 because of the anti-war white-blue-white flag placed on the car. After that, according to the investigation, Tikhomirov's girlfriend, who was travelling with him, tried to escape, and Tikhomirov himself intentionally caused physical pain, moral suffering and bodily harm in the form of a bruise to the chest of a police officer who tried to catch up with the girl. On 7 March 2022, Tikhomirov was taken into custody by court order. On 25 July, he was sentenced to one and a half years in a penal colony. On 9 November 2022, the appeal court replaced the real term with forced labour. Presumably, no later than May 2024, he served his sentence.
