Case summary
Ukrainian servicewoman. She lived in Russia, left for Ukraine in 2014, participated in the Anti-Terrorist Operation in Ukraine. In July 2025, she was put on the wanted list as part of a case for participation in a terrorist ring due to her involvement in the activities of the Aidar battalion. On 29 January 2026, Tolopa was sentenced in absentia to nine years’ imprisonment.
