Case summary
Co-founder of the Free Russia Forum, an association of Russian supporters of democratic values. In February 2024, Tyutrin was included in the Rosfinmonitoring's List of Extremists and Terrorists with a designation given to people prosecuted under terrorist articles. On 24 April 2024, Tyutrin was arrested in absentia on charges of organising the activities of a terrorist community, organising terrorist activities and calling for terrorism.
