Full wording of the charges
According to the court, in December 2017, Udovika voluntarily joined the Aidar battalion and was provided with firearms, ammunition, military uniforms, and other necessary equipment. While in service, Udovika took part in combat operations against "Luhansk People's Republic" soldiers and served in combat positions. In July 2018, due to the expiry of his contract, Udovika was enrolled in the operational reserve of the first line of the Aidar battalion as a gunner.

Full summary
Resident of the Luhansk region of Ukraine. From December 2017 to July 2018 served in the Ukrainian battalion "Aidar", at that time re-formed as part of the 10th separate mountain assault brigade of the AFU. Dismissed to the reserve. Taken into custody in 2022, after the occupation of the territory by Russian troops. Charged with participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation. On 21 December 2023, sentenced to five years in a strict regime colony. Presumably, Udovika died in custody in 2024.
