Case summary
On the evening of 25 April 2022, Ukraintsev's home was searched. By that time a courier strike had been being held for several days, and on 25 April about thirty protesters went to the Delivery Club office, protesting against the lowering of wages per order. More than ten people were detained. At night Ukraintsev was taken for interrogation, on 26 April it became known that he was charged with repeated violation of the established procedure of holding public events. On 27 April the court placed him in custody. On 9 February 2023, he was sentenced to a year and four months in an open prison, and was released in the courtroom due to already serving his sentence.
