Case summary

On 10 June 2012 detained, during interrogation, following the advice of the appointed lawyer gave a confession; accused of participation in the mass riots in Bolotnaya Square on 6 May 2012 - participated in breaking the police cordon; for six days he was not allowed to meet with a lawyer; pressure was exerted to induce them to denounce the people whom the investigation declared the organizers. He was in pre-trial detention in June-November 2012, then was released on his recognizance not to leave. He was amnestied in January 2014.
