Case summary
A Ukrainian serviceman. He was taken prisoner in the occupied territory of Donetsk region of Ukraine. The project "Support for Political Prisoners. Memorial" indicates that this happened, presumably, in 2023. However, the politzek.org project claims that he is accused of participating in hostilities in 2024. A case was opened against Beliaev for participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation due to his involvement in the activities of the Azov battalion. On October16, 2025, he was sentenced to 14 years in a strict regime colony.
