Case summary
Moscow resident, activist of E.V. Limonov's Other Russia. He was detained after a rally on 12 February 2026 against the activities of Roskomnadzor, during which participants hung a bicycle lock and a poster against its activities at the entrance to the agency's building. According to associates, he was beaten up after the detention. On 14 February, Chuyanov was arrested for 15 days under the administrative article on disobedience to the lawful demands of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). At the end of the arrest term he was detained again and on 1 March he was taken into custody on a criminal case of hooliganism.
