Case summary
Moscow resident, activist of "The Other Russia of E. V. Limonov". He was detained after an action on 12 February 2026 against the activities of Roskomnadzor, during which participants hung a bicycle lock and a poster against the activities of Roskomnadzor at the entrance to the agency's building. According to associates, he was beaten after the detention. On 14 February, Krivyak was arrested for 15 days under the administrative article on disobeying a lawful order of a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences). At the end of the detention term, he was detained again, and on 1 March, he was taken into custody on a criminal case of hooliganism.
