According to the investigation, "in 2015, while in Dnipropetrovsk, he voluntarily joined the ranks of the terrorist community Dnipro-1. The said formation took an active part in military actions aimed at forcing the residents of Donbass to refuse the decision on self-determination. In the spring of 2022, having been mobilised on the territory of Ukraine, arrived to conduct combat operations in the town of Rubizhne of the Luhansk People's Republic. At the same time, he had firearms and ammunition for them, which he used during combat duty".

Full summary
Citizen of Ukraine. In March 2022, he was mobilised together with his father, Viktor Didyk. In April of the same year, they were both captured, after which they were prosecuted for participation in a terrorist community and illegal possession of weapons. In the same month, two videos were published in which Didyk Jr. says he received orders to kill civilians. On 14 December 2023, he was sentenced to eight years in a general regime colony.
