Case summary

Citizen of Ukraine. In March 2022, he was mobilised together with his father, Viktor Didyk. In April of the same year, they were both captured, after which they were prosecuted for participation in a terrorist community and illegal possession of weapons. In the same month, two videos were published in which Didyk Jr. says he received orders to kill civilians. On 14 December 2023, he was sentenced to eight years in a general regime colony.
