Case summary
On 30 May 2019, a criminal case was opened against Dulova for participation in the activities of an extremist organisation. On 30 July she was charged, the case was merged with the case of Aleksander Prianikov and her mother Venera Dulova. She was taken into custody.
On 27 January 2020, she was sentenced to a year of probation. On 6 August, the court of appeal sent the case for a new hearing. On 15 May 2021, again sentenced to a year of probation. On 15 March 2022, the appeal court overturned the verdict, finding Dulova not guilty. On 14 March 2023, the Supreme Court overturned this decision, returning the case to the appeal court. On 6 July, the appeal court again cancelled the verdict, sending the case back to the prosecutor's office. On 8 November, the court of cassation returned the case to the court of appeal. On 8 February 2024, the appeal court terminated Dulova's prosecution due to the expiry of the statute of limitations, as she was a minor at the time of the "crime".
On 30 March 2020, a search was conducted at Dulova’s home. She is also a suspect in another case concerning involvement in the activities of an extremist organisation. An undertaking not to leave was imposed on her. On 9 August 2023, the court sent the case back to the prosecutor’s office. In March 2025, the investigation discontinued the case.
