According to the investigation, taking part in the mass riots, being near the building of the Baymak City Court, acting intentionally, jointly and in concert with other participants in the mass riots, realising the socially dangerous nature of their actions, as well as that the law enforcement officers who were also there, dressed in uniform, including the squad leader of the platoon within Company No. 3 of the separate battalion of the Patrol and Checkpoint Police Service of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the city of Sterlitamak, police sergeant A.N. Abutalipov (appointed from 14.03.2023 to the above-mentioned position by order No. 51 l/s from 17.03.2023 by the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the city of Sterlitamak), are representatives of the authorities and are in the performance of their official duties to protect public order and ensure public safety in the place of the unauthorised rally, ignoring their lawful demands to stop unlawful actions, with the aim of obstructing the lawful actions of law enforcement officers to ensure the normal operation of the court and the restoration of public order, having the intention to use violence (that does not pose a risk to life and health) towards representatives of the authorities involved in the suppression of riots, picked up from the ground no less than two objects looking like logs, after which, having the intention to use violence (that does not pose a risk to life and health) towards representatives of the authorities involved in the suppression of riots, intentionally, consistently, with aim and force threw in their direction the mentioned objects, one of which struck A.N. Abutalipov's arm, causing the victim physical pain.
