The case reports state that Ainur Karimov “grabbed the leg of an unidentified law enforcement officer who had fallen to the ground as a result of the actions of other participants in the mass riots, and then forcefully tried to pull him out of the police cordon.” According to the investigation, Karimov also approached one of the OMON "Ural" (Special Purpose Mobile Unit) officers from the Russian National Guard's Bashkortostan branch and “pushed him in the torso with both hands with considerable force, causing the victim to lose balance and fall to the ground,” during which the officer “experienced physical pain.” Other documents stated that Karimov “threw chunks of frozen snow at law enforcement officers at least five times.”

Full summary
A resident of the Gafuriysky District of Bashkortostan. On 1 February 2024, he was summoned to the police department, afterwards he was taken to the temporary detention facility in Sterlitamak. The next day, the court arrested him for 10 days under an administrative case initiated in connection with a popular gathering in Baymak on 17 January in support of activist Fail Alsynov, who was sentenced to four years in prison. On 7 February, the man was taken to Ufa, after which he was taken into custody in the criminal case initiated in connection with the gathering. He was charged with participation in mass riots and use of violence against a representative of the authorities. In June 2025, the court sentenced him to four years and two months in a general regime penal colony.
