Case summary
Detained and arrested in March 2017 on charges of involvement in a terrorist organisation. In September, the court returned the case to the prosecutor's office. On 12 December, he was sentenced to 11 years in a strict regime colony. On 1 March, the sentence was cancelled due to the fact that the judge who returned the case to the prosecutor's office participated in hearings after the second filing of the case in the court. On 2 April, he was again sentenced to 11 years in a strict regime penal colony.
