Case summary

Artist, owner of a tattoo studio in St Petersburg. In February 2024, she was detained at Pulkovo airport as part of a case of insulting the feelings of believers. She was given a recognisance not to leave. Before that, the Sorok Sorokov movement appealed to the Investigative Committee and personally to Alexander Bastrykin with a request to pay attention to the artist's works and bring her to justice "for repeated gross blasphemous actions against Christ, the Mother of God, and the saints of the Church". On 19 June 2024, Krichker was sentenced to 60 hours of compulsory labour.
