Case summary
He was detained on 19 October 2017. At the same time, the FSB officers searched his flat and car, where they found a gun. Kuksov claims that the weapon was planted on him. He was accused of participation in the terrorist community "Network" and arrested. Activists and human rights defenders consider this case to be part of a pressure campaign against anarchists.
In detention, Kuksov was infected with an open form of tuberculosis.
On 10 February 2020, he was sentenced to nine years in a general regime colony.
