Here's the translation of the text into English: --- According to the investigation, he planned to detonate an improvised explosive device at the "Krymsky Privoz" agricultural wholesale and retail market in Simferopol. Just before he could assemble the IED and begin preparing the attack at the market, he posted flyers on the streets of Sevastopol featuring a Nazi swastika and two messages: "Slavs of Crimea!!!! The Russian authorities have illegally occupied our peninsula, our native land, imposed taxes and repression, started the war in Donbas, and are killing our compatriots. Crimeans, rise up!!!!!!!!!! Take up knives and weapons!!!!!! Let's reclaim Crimea from Russia and return it to Ukraine, restore justice!!!! The Russian government is a criminal gang that must be destroyed by any means necessary, at any cost!!!!!!" and "Save Russia!!!! Kill Putin and Kadyrov!!!! Overthrow the government—gain freedom!!!!" To carry out the explosion in a crowded area, he scouted potential targets, conducted reconnaissance of their anti-terrorism security systems by inspecting and photographing them, and manufactured three explosive devices, which he illegally stored at his residence. Additionally, he kept homemade firearms and three pistol cartridges at his home. He was unable to complete his criminal intent due to being detained by law enforcement officers.
