Case summary
Resident of Belogorsk (Crimea). Detained on 10 June 2020. He reported that he was subjected to violence. He was accused of distributing leaflets with calls to undermine the state system of the Russian Federation, manufacturing and possession of explosives, possession of a pistol and ammunition and preparation for a terrorist attack at the market "Krymskiy Privoz" in Simferopol. On 16 June 2023, Lagutin was sentenced to seven years in a strict regime penal colony.
