Case summary
A resident of St. Petersburg, 17 years old at the time of the prosecution. On 19 November 2021, it became known that the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in St. Petersburg in the course of monitoring social networks revealed photos of two young people against the background of the Saviour on the Blood with their trousers and underwear down. However, it also follows from the case materials that the photo was seen, in particular, by "citizen Bulatov, who experienced moral suffering".
Andrei was found and detained on the same day, the sentence was passed only a year later - in November 2022.
