According to the investigation, on 12 January 2024, while in the flat with her friend, who was under the age of criminal responsibility, "at some point" she put an icon of Nicholas the Wonderworker on the table, crumbled household chalk on it, "giving it an appearance similar to a narcotic drug", and next to it she put a paper roll and a bank card, "creating the appearance of using illegal substances", and her friend filmed it all on video, after which the girl published the video in her Telegram channel.
