According to the investigators, from May 29th 2023 to February 12th 2024, she organised a demonstration of the decorations and bar menu to an indefinite number of people with the use of religious attributes in the interior and menu, which was intended to "emphasise the philosophy of hedonism and relativism, which is inadmissible from a Christian point of view", thus "publicly expressed clear disrespect for society, humiliated and offended the religious feelings of believing citizens, including citizen D., who, having viewed the decorations, experienced moral suffering".

Full summary
A resident of St. Petersburg, owner of bars. Due to the design of one of her bars, a case of offending religious feelings was brought against her. This was preceded by a visit to the bar in January 2024 by the head of the St. Petersburg branch of the Russian People's Druzhina, who called on his supporters to "stop" the activities of the bar. On January 31st, more than a hundred people in camouflage and with walkie-talkies arrived at the establishment and interrupted the party taking place there and called the police. On June 19th 2024, Noskova-Avramovich was sentenced to a fine of 30,000 rubles.
