According to the investigation, on April 4, 2024, he was broadcasting a video where he "made negative comments about Russian servicemen in order to humiliate their dignity", then posted the recording in a Telegram channel. The second episode under the article on incitement to hatred is related to negative statements about elderly people. The reason for the initiation of a case of offence to the feelings of believers was a stream in March 2023, where Prokudin, according to investigators, "expressed a negative assessment using taboo, profanity against 'God', as well as a negative assessment of persons who have a religious worldview and belief in the reality of his existence".

Full summary
A thrash streamer from Volgograd. On the 19 of April 2024, a case of incitement to hatred against the Russian military was brought against him because of a stream with rude remarks against them. On April, 22, he was detained in Penza and taken to Volgograd, where he was placed in custody on April, 24. Later it became known that he was also accused of insulting the feelings of believers.
On the 11th of December 2024 Prokudin was sentenced to 2,5 years in a colony-settlement.
On the 8th of December 2025 he was released.
