Case summary
A resident of Nizhny Novgorod, worked as a driver. On 30 July 2023, he was detained at one of the city exits - according to the Letters of Freedom telegram channel, with the use of violence. He was accused of intending to join the Russian Freedom Legion. Senko was taken into custody and a case was opened against him on charges of preparation for high treason and participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation. On 16 September 2024, he was sentenced to 12 years in a strict regime penal colony.
