Case summary
On February 17, 2021, he was detained and taken into custody on the same day on charges of participation in the activities of a terrorist organisation. On March 22, 2022, he was sentenced to 13 years in high security prison. In prison, a Baker's cyst was discovered in his knee joint. Because of the cyst, Seidametov cannot sit or lie down for long periods of time. He also complained to his spouse about hearing loss in one ear.
