A resident of Bashkortostan. Late in the evening of 23 January 2024, he was detained in Sibai. The following day, he was sentenced to 10 days of administrative arrest under the charge of disobeying lawful orders from a police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences) because of a public gathering that took place in Baymak on 17 January in support of activist Fail Alsynov, who was sentenced to four years in prison.
