Case summary
Resident of Chechnya, worked as a chemistry and physical education teacher. He maintained a telegram channel naslednik_firdawsa, most of whose posts were related to "contradictions" in the Bible and Christianity. In September 2024, he was detained because of "provocative statements" about Christianity. Zhabrailov was sacked from the school. Grozny TV channel published a video with his apology. A case was opened against the former teacher for offence to the feelings of believers.
