Having received instructions from the "curator" about the departure route, he bought a ticket for the train "Chita-Moscow" departing from the "Selenga" station in the Republic of Buryatia for further departure to the territory of the Bryansk region and subsequent crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation. The criminal intent was not completed due to Zimin’s detention by law enforcement officers.”
