Case summary
Detained on April 29, 2020 in Moscow and sent to Vladikavkaz. On May 1, he was arrested for 15 days under an administrative article on the organization of an uncoordinated event in connection with the protest against covid restrictions held in the city on April 20. Later it became known that a criminal case of hooliganism was opened against Besolov, later the charge was reclassified to organization of mass protests. On July 19, 2022, the court in Rostov-on-Don sentenced him to 8,5 in a general regime colony.
