According to the investigation, while participating in mass riots near the Baymak City Court building, acting deliberately, jointly, and in coordination with other participants in the riots, fully aware of the socially dangerous nature of his actions, as well as the fact that law enforcement officers present at the scene, dressed in uniform, including a serviceman of the 29th Special Forces Unit of the National Guard Directorate for the Republic of Bashkortostan under the pseudonym "Askelat," whose identity remains confidential, were representatives of the authorities performing their official duties in maintaining public order and ensuring public safety at the site of the unauthorized rally, and ignoring their lawful demands to cease unlawful actions, he allegedly picked up at least two objects from the ground, resembling chunks of icy snow. Then, intending to use violence that did not pose a threat to life or health against representatives of the authorities involved in suppressing the riots, he allegedly threw the objects one by one with force and aim in their direction, striking the protective helmet worn by the serviceman of the 29th Special Forces Unit of the National Guard Directorate for the Republic of Bashkortostan under the pseudonym "Askelat," whose identity remains confidential, causing the victim physical pain.
