Case summary
A resident of Bashkortostan. A case was opened against him for participation in mass riots and use of violence against a representative of the authorities because of a citizen assembly in Baymak on 17 January 2024 in support of the activist Fail Alsynov, who was sentenced to four years in prison. Ikbaev was taken into custody. On 26 February 2025, he was sentenced to five years in a general regime penal colony.
