Case summary

A resident of Bashkortostan. He was taken into custody on charges of participating in mass riots in connection with a people's gathering in Baymak on 17 January 2024 in support of activist Fail Alsynov, sentenced to four years. Kulmukhametov was also accused of using violence against representatives of the authorities. On 5 December 2024, he was sentenced to four and a half years in a general regime colony.
