Case summary
On 14 October 2019, detained after a search. He was threatened to plant cartridges and his girlfriend was threatened with amphetamine. On 16 October, taken into custody by court order on charges of using violence against a representative of the authorities. Later, Lesnykh's case was merged with the cases of Maxim Martintsov and Alexander Mylnikov, accused of acting in an organised group.
On 6 December, he was sentenced to three years in a general regime colony. On 9 November 2020, the court of cassation instance replaced the general regime colony with a settlement colony.
On 29 January 2021, the court decided to release Lesnykh on parole. The prosecutor's office appealed this decision, after which the administration of the general regime colony announced a retroactive penalty against him. On 6 April, the court of appeal cancelled the parole decision.
He was released on 24 June 2022.
