Case summary

On October 15 2019 he was detained after a search. The lawyer was not informed about his whereabouts for many hours. The next day Mylnykov was placed under house arrest by court order on charges of using violence against a representative of the authorities. Later, Mylnikov's case was merged with the cases of Yegor Lesnykh and Maxim Martintsov, accused of acting in an organised group.

On December 6, he was sentenced to two years of suspended sentence.
