Case summary
On 14 October 2019 was detained after a search. On 16 October, was taken into custody by the court order on charges of using violence against a representative of the authorities. Later, Martintsov's case was merged with the cases of Yegor Lesnykh and Alexander Mylnikov, accused of acting in an organised group.
On 6 December, he was sentenced to two and a half years in a general regime colony. On 24 December 2021, Martintsov was released.
