Case summary
Former coordinator of the Anti-Corruption Foundation. In February 2019, a criminal case was opened against him for not complying with a court order to remove the film "He is Not Dimon to You" from YouTube. Rubanov left Russia, he was put on the wanted list. It was later revealed that Rubanov was under investigation in the case against Alexei Navalny for alleged misappropriation of funds donated to the Anti-Corruption Foundation. It was also reported that Rubanov was named in the case of an extremist organization against Navalny and his associates.
