Case summary
St. Petersburg resident and an activist. In 2023, it became known that Dyakonov was a suspect in a criminal case initiated in connection with the activities of "Vyesna": he was charged with organising the activities of an extremist community, spreading "fakes" about the Armed Forces, calling for activities that threaten the security of the Russian Federation and spreading disrespectful information about the days of military glory. On 29 July 2024 he was arrested in absentia.
