Ravil Bashirov

Bashirov, with knowledge of the involvement of A.A. Pesotsky, A.Y. Dmitriev, and A.B. Marochkin in organizing the banned extremist organization National Bolshevist Party in St. Petersburg, actively chose to partake in its activities. He willingly became a member of the National Bolshevist Party during the latter half of 2007 and again in the latter half of 2009, thus actively contributing to the continued existence of the extremist activities of the National Bolshevist Party. According to the investigation, Bashirov's involvement in perpetuating the extremist organization's activities was evident in his attendance at regular meetings of National Bolshevist Party members under the organizational guidance of A.Y. Dmitriev, A.A. Pesotsky, and A.B. Marochkin. He also financially supported the organization by personally making monthly monetary contributions. Furthermore, he took part in unapproved public events organized by the National Bolshevist Party in St. Petersburg, events aimed at promoting intolerance and hostility. Between 2009, 2010, and 2011, acting on behalf of the National Bolshevist Party, Bashirov repeatedly participated in unlawful mass public gatherings. During these events, he publicly expressed the extremist political views of the National Bolshevist Party, chanted its slogans, and displayed its symbols, effectively promoting its prohibited activities. As a result, he was repeatedly found guilty of violating the established procedures for holding meetings, rallies, or demonstrations and disobeyed lawful orders from police officers tasked with maintaining public order.
